Stewards' Decisions Penalties imposed
During the Race the Stewards decided to take no further action in relation to the following Incidents because neither Driver was found to be wholly or predominately to blame:
The incident involving contact between Car 99, Anton de Pasquale, and Car 12, Fabian Coulthard, at Turn 4 on Lap 8;
The incident involving contact between Car 34, Michael Caruso, and Car 22, James Courtney, at Turn 5 on Lap 8.

Following a post-race DRD investigation and an admission of a breach of Rule D25.6.1.4 (Refuelling Tower) and of the Authorised Representative briefing instructions, by each of the following Teams, the Stewards imposed the penalty of the Loss of 50 Teams Championship Points and a fine of $10,000, $5000 of which is suspended until 31 December 2019:
Red Bull Holden Racing Team;
Tickford Racing 1; and
Tickford Racing 2.

Following a post-race DRD investigation and admission of a breach of the End of Race Procedures for Race 20 (burnouts past the nominated points) by Car 17, Scott McLaughlin, the Stewards imposed the penalty of a fine of $3000 on Scott McLaughlin.

Following a post-race DRD investigation and admission of a breach of Rule E6.8.2 (non-permitted item on the podium) by Car 17, Scott McLaughlin, the Stewards imposed the penalty of a fine of $10,000 on Scott McLaughlin.

For causing the Red Flag to be displayed, the fastest lap of Car 21, Macauley Jones, was deleted and the Car not permitted to take further part in the session (Rule D6.1.11).

Car 88, Jamie Whincup, had a lap time deleted for exceeding track limits at Turn 2.

Stewards' Decisions Penalties imposed
The Stewards imposed a 15 second Time Penalty on Car 35, Todd Hazlewood, for the incident involving contact with Car 99, Anton de Pasquale, at Turn 2 on Lap 37.

After reviewing the incident involving contact between Car 22, James Courtney, and Car 14, Tim Slade, with the DSA (including Hawkeye footage and information from Supercars Technical) the Stewards decided not to take any further action regarding the incident.

Stewards' Decisions Penalties imposed
Following a post-session DRD investigation, including a review of HawkEye vision, Car #8 was observed to conduct a practice start outside of the area designated in the Competitor's and Driver's Briefing Instructions. Following an admission of a breach of the Rules by the Competitor, the Stewards imposed the penalty of a fine of $1000, $500 of which is suspended until 31 December 2019.

Matters from Race 18:
The Stewards convened a hearing and summonsed the Team regarding the incident involving a fire that happened at Car #8's Pit Stop during Race 18 (Townsville, Sunday 7 July 2019). The DRD presented to the Stewards his investigative report, which contains his determination that there is no evidence to establish a breach of the Rules occurred. The Stewards accepted the DRD's determination and decided not to take any further action in relation to the incident.
